Meet the team
In the "About us" section on this website you can read who we are and how me and my partner started MMC Property Services but we're not doing this alone of course! We have a great team of people around us.
First of all we have a fix team of cleaners that help us all year round make sure the accommodations are spot on clean for you and your guests. Furthermore there are the people that take care of the laundry services and we have a network of reliable people for whenever we need a plumber, painter, electrician, carpenter, builder, air conditioning specialist, professional photographer... you name it.
Without each one of them the property management en rental services we provide wouldn't be possible. Thank you all!

Outdoor kitchen
Summer is here and what is nicer than al fresco dining? It gets even better with your own outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, wood oven and don't forget the bar where you, while preparing the food, can have a drink with friends.
These outdoor kitchens in Javea are completely custom made, you decide the size, shape and lay out. The wooden work is also completely tailor made, in place by a carpenter. A fridge, cold/hot water, electricity etc it's all there.

Festivities on the Costa Blanca
In summer time there are many festivities going on on the Costa Blanca, like San Juan and the International Festival in Javea, the local holiday week in Denia with amongst other the famous Bous al Mar, the "Moros y Cristianos" that represent the capture of the city by the Moors and the subsequent Christian reconquest, celebrated in each town in a different week and many more.
All celebrations are companied with amazing parades, live music, fireworks and of course good food and drinks.
Why not combine your holiday on the Costa Blanca with some local traditions? Each town has its own festivities so make sure to check the towns calendar for the exact dates.

Wellness week in Pura Vida Javea
It's been a bit quiet lately on our blog so now after Easter and spring holidays in May, it's time for a new post and we open with some great news!
This September the first wellness week is being held in one of our beautiful properties here in Javea. During one week Finca Pura Vida will open their doors and offer their guests a relaxing time in an
amazing, pure, nature environment with several different treatments to choose from amongst others massages, yoga, acupuncture, reiki and foot reflexology, all offered by a team of specialists.
Also healthy food is one of the topics this week and that doesn't mean dieting, to the contrary you will enjoy the fresh food and meals prepared for you.

Altea, a charming town on the Costa Blanca
Altea, a beautiful town on the Costa Blanca offering a historic old centre with typical Spanish narrow streets to wander around and "get lost in", spectacular views on the sea and coast line and lovely squares, restaurants and bars.
But there is more, beautiful long sandy beaches, swimming, diving, sailing and all kinds of water sports. A nice boulevard for a stroll along the seaside, nature parks for walking, cycling and climbing, several theme parks and zoos for children nearby and all this is a very mild climate with lots of days of sunshine all year round.

Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain
Jávea, or Xàbia in the Valencian language is located on the Costa Blanca, in the Comunidad Valenciana and the province Alicante. Located 96 km from the airport of Alicante and 120 km from Valencia airport. It's known for it's beaches and beautiful bays and the Montgo mountain of course, which can be seen from many different places in the town.
Jávea is a stretched out area between two capes, Cabo San Antonio and Cabo La Nao and has an surface of 68.59 km2. It consists of three parts: the old town, the port and the Arenal and has 27.681 inhabitants (2015), of which 53.1% of foreign nationality. This population doubles however and in the summer it multiplies itself even to more or less 150.000 due to the number of tourists, the main economic sector nowadays.
