At MMC Property Services we look after your (second) home when you are away. That way you have no worries back home and no surprises when you get back here, nor having to find out too late by the water bill for example that you were having a leak all this time.

Also for owners that live in Javea all year round and are just away for a few months we provide our services.

No matter how much time you are here or away, with us your home is not a number. We provide personal attention to each and every home, simply because your home deserves it. No quick visits but proper checks based on our list and your special wishes, plus we will send you a report after each visit.

Furthermore we can take care of maintenance jobs for you, that way when you come the only thing you need to do is sit back and relax.
