We will register the property with the tourism board of the Comunidad Valenciana (this registration is obligatory for all holiday rental properties).


We can also prepare the property for your own arrival or when you have family or friends coming over, for example cleaning, make the beds, turn on the heating or do the first groceries and leave them in the fridge.

How do we work?


Availability and prices


You decide which periods during the year you want to rent out and you will receive a login to out system to block periods yourself for your own use of when friends or family are coming over.


Besides you can see in our system 24/7 the availability, bookings and earning.




We work with agreed upon prices per week that the property is being rented out, these prices are including VAT.

Between the prices per week for the owner and the final sales prices is a percentage, this percentage consists of the commissions to be paid to third parties and the costs for the services mentioned above provided by MMC Property Services.

Not included in the price per week for the owner are:

  • Gas, water, electricity, community costs and costs for e.g. satellite TV or Wi-Fi, these are for the owner. Except winter lets (rental with a price per month) where the costs for the use of electricity and gas will be charged to the tenant according to consumption.
  • The maintenance costs of the accommodation (garden, pool, reparations (unless the problems is caused by the tenants), painting, etc.) are for the owner, also costs for maintenance services provided by MMC Property Services.
  • Besides, the owners needs to make sure the accommodation is ready to rent out, we can help you with that where needed and advise you upon.

Furthermore bear in mind that in Spain, besides the VAT, you need to pay taxes over your rental income, how much depends on your total income in Spain and deductions.



At the end of each month we make up the balance and transfer to your bank account the rental amount of the bookings that took place during that month.
